Sample Bibliography

A bibliography is required in order for you to submit your essay. A good bibliography provides a sense of the breadth and depth of research that went into your essay and gives the judges a favorable impression.

Below are samples of MLA formatting for common sources:

Book

Magazine/Newspaper

Website

Last Name, First Name (if available). Name of Website. Name of organization affiliated with the website, date of publication. Medium of publication. Date of access. <URL>.
